CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least a 48 hour notice to your appointment time if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Planet Lash charges a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation notices done less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time and a 100% fee for no-showing your appointment. Canceling an appointment 3 hours or less before your scheduled appointment time is considered a no-show & you will be charged 100% of your service price. Booking fees are transferred with rescheduled appointments. You will not be charged again. All services, booking fees, and any other payments are non-refundable! Please remember that I am a small business, this is my livelihood, & that my time is valuable. Thank you for being mindful of my time and for your continued support!
